Acne Management & Atrophy Scar Revision Protocol
Eradicating active acne pathways and breaking deep fibrotic tethers to level dermal topography.

01. How it works
The clinical workflow approaches acne and structural scarring through a multi-tiered therapeutic strategy. For active acne, high-potency lipophilic lipo-hydroxy and salicylic acid complexes penetrate deep into the pilosebaceous units to dissolve follicular impactions, regulate sebaceous hypersecretion, and induce an immediate bactericidal effect against Cutibacterium acnes. Simultaneously, for atrophic, rolling, or boxcar scars, the protocol deploys micro-invasive subcision to surgically release the dense fibrotic tethers that pull the skin surface downward. This is immediately synergized with fractional ablative lasers or radiofrequency microneedling, which emit controlled pixelated thermal energy zones into the reticular dermis, triggering a cascade of neocollagenesis and elastin synthesis to elevate and permanently rebuild the depressed dermal topography.
02. When you will see results
Acute inflammatory papules and active pustular lesions regress substantially within 3 to 5 days. Permanent depth reduction of deep rolling, atrophic boxcar, and ice-pick scars develops progressively across a series of 3 to 6 targeted structural treatments, with cellular collagen remodeling continually lifting the skin surface for up to 6 months post-protocol.
03. What you will achieve
- Rapid mitigation of acute polymorphous acne vulgaris, suppression of sebum production, and total sterilization of follicular bacterial niches
- Advanced mechanical release of fibrotic tethers and dramatic volume elevation of atrophic rolling and boxcar scars
- Comprehensive structural resurfacing of post-acne erythema, micro-relief irregularities, and pitted follicular scarring

05. Care Instructions
Pre-Treatment
- Mandatorily ensure oral isotretinoin (Roaccutane) has been entirely discontinued for a minimum of 6 months prior to initiating invasive clinical scar therapies.
- Suspend all topical acne medications, including benzoyl peroxide, retinoids, and high-dose AHA/BHA chemical products, 5 days before your scheduled appointment.
Post-Treatment
- Strictly avoid touching, picking, or forcefully mechanically scrubbing micro-crusts, vascular scabs, or shedding skin flakes to eliminate any risk of localized secondary infection or scarring.
- Maintain an ultra-sterile epidermal environment by sleeping exclusively on fresh, clean silk pillowcases and sanitizing personal smartphone screens multiple times daily.
- Apply a non-comedogenic medical broad-spectrum physical SPF 50+ block every 3 hours and strictly bypass any intense heat sources or steam for 7 days post-procedure.
