Acne Control & Pore Architecture Refining Therapy
Minimizing follicular diameter and neutralizing sebaceous hypersecretion to master epidermal clarity.

01. How it works
The treatment integrates kerato-regulatory biochemical compounds (such as high-affinity salicylic acid and lipo-hydroxy acids) with target-specific photothermal or mechanical energy to alter the follicular lining. By penetrating deep into the pilosebaceous unit, the solution dissolves impacted sebum, keratotic plugs, and targets Cutibacterium acnes proliferation. Concurrently, the thermal energy stimulates localized neocollagenesis around the follicular infundibulum, tightening the elastin-collagen matrix that supports the pore wall. This dual mechanism effectively reduces sebaceous gland volume, suppresses lipid production, and tightens the perimeter of dilated pores, resulting in a smooth, structurally cohesive skin texture.
02. When you will see results
A significant reduction in sebaceous hypersecretion and epidermal oiliness is achieved within 48 hours post-treatment. Active inflammatory acne lesions show visible flattening and reduced erythema within 3 to 5 days. Structural refinement and shrinking of dilated pore walls become progressively evident over a cumulative protocol of 3 to 4 planned sequential sessions, building a long-term smooth and clear skin state.
03. What you will achieve
- Rapid suppression of active acne flare-ups and neutralization of pathogenic follicular inflammation
- Profound tightening of dilated pore structures via localized epidermal and dermal remodeling
- Stabilization of the sebum-excretion rate to maintain a long-term non-greasy, velvet-matte finish

Case 01
05. Care Instructions
Pre-Treatment
- Cease the use of topical retinoids, retinol, glycolic acid, and alternative chemical exfoliants 5 days prior to avoid over-sensitizing the epidermal barrier.
- Refrain from manual extraction of acne lesions, picking, or harsh mechanical friction scrubs for 4 days before the scheduled session.
Post-Treatment
- Apply exclusively oil-free, non-comedogenic broad-spectrum sunscreens (SPF 50+) every 3 hours to safeguard the recovering epidermal layers against post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation.
- Avoid any forced peeling of flaking skin, active thermal environments (saunas, intense workouts, hot tubs), or swimming in chlorinated water for 5 days post-treatment.
- Delay the reintroduction of high-potency acids, vitamin C, benzoyl peroxide, or mechanical cleansing brushes for a minimum of 4 days, allowing the follicular wall structure to fully stabilize.
